From the Upper Perkiomen Valley area – Follow Rte. 663 North approximately 3 miles past the PA Turnpike entrance to the intersection of Rtes. 663, 313 and 309. Proceed straight onto Rte. 313 East (also called Broad Street). Stay on Rte. 313 East for 0.6 mile. Turn right onto Tenth Street and proceed two blocks. St. Luke's Hospital - Quakertown Campus and the St. Luke's Professional Center are on your right.

From the Montgomeryville area – Take Rte. 309 North into Quakertown. At the intersection of Rtes. 309 and Park Ave., turn right onto Park Ave. Stay on Park Ave. for approximately 0.3 mile. Turn left onto Tenth Street. St. Luke's Hospital - Quakertown Campus and the St. Luke's Professional Center are on your left.

From the Doylestown area – Take Rte. 611 North to Rte. 313 Dublin exit. At the exit turn left onto Rte. 313 West. Follow Rte. 313 West into Quakertown. After crossing the railroad tracks, Rte. 313 becomes Broad Street in Quakertown. Follow Rte. 313/Broad Street to Tenth Street. Turn left onto Tenth Street and proceed two blocks. St. Luke's Hospital - Quakertown Campus and the St. Luke's Professional Center are on your right.

From the Lehigh Valley area – Follow Rte. 309 South to the intersection of Rtes. 663 and 313. Turn left onto Rte. 313 East (also called Broad Street). Stay on Rte. 313 East for approximately 0.6 mile. Turn right onto Tenth Street and proceed two blocks. St. Luke's Hospital - Quakertown Campus and the St. Luke's Professional Center are on your right.

Directions to St. Luke's University Hospital - Bethlehem Campus – Take Route 309 North through Coopersburg to Route 378 North in Center Valley. Route 378 will become Wyandotte Street in Bethlehem. Follow Wyandotte Street to the five-point intersection (at the bottom of the hill). Go straight through the intersection and get in the left lane. Turn left at the first traffic light (4th Street). Continue two blocks to the intersection of 4th Street and Delaware Avenue. Proceed on Delaware to the first light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place. Go one block to the "T" - the hospital will be directly in front of you.

Directions to St. Luke's North – Take Route 309 North through Coopersburg to Route 378 North in Center Valley. Route 378 will become Wyandotte Street in Bethlehem. Follow Wyandotte Street to the five-point intersection (at the bottom of the hill). Continue on up the hill and through one stop light to the intersection of Delaware Avenue and Route 378 North. Cross the Hill-to-Hill Bridge and follow Route 378 North to Route 22 East. Take Route 22 East to Route 512. Take the Route 512 North exit. Turn right off the exit ramp and merge onto Route 512 North. Go through four traffic lights and turn right onto Brodhead Road. St. Luke's North is immediately on your right.
